Runway In Bloom
Runway in Bloom was a fundraiser fashion show to raise money for the coastal georgia botanical gardens upcoming children's garden. Two acres of land that is dedicated entirely to hands on childrens learning. I was co-producer for the event working directly with the event producer Stephanie Tedder. We were lucky enough to have paricipation from six SCAD fashion design majors who sent their senior collections down the runway as well as local businesses such as The Future on Forsyth, House of Strut, and some big names like Macy's and Tommy Bahama. We received lots of local coverage and even did a segment with the local news channel WTOC. Below are some highlights of Stephanie and I's Botanical Dresses which were constructed using a mixture of fake and real flowers that you could find in the gardens.
VIP Tickets included a private tour of the gardens, Dinner (Chefs Heavenly Delights) and wine, gift bags (full of coupons and adorable dress cookies and freebies), as well as front row seating.
General admission recieved a preshow performance from the Stardust pixxies and music provided by third Class Citizen and general admission seating for the fashion show.
